1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using trackmyprop ("the Service"), operated by trackmyprop ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

trackmyprop is a trade journaling, analytics, and performance tracking platform designed for proprietary firm traders. The Service provides tools for recording trades, analyzing trading performance, tracking challenge progress, and connecting to third-party trading platforms via API integrations. trackmyprop does not provide financial advice, trading signals, or investment recommendations.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all fees incurred. All payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may connect to third-party trading platforms (including but not limited to cTrader, Trade Locker, MetaTrader, NinjaTrader, and Tradovate) to import trade data. By connecting your trading accounts, you authorize us to access your trade history, positions, and account data in a read-only capacity. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services. Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without our written consent
• Use automated means to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and design — are the exclusive property of trackmyprop and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.

8. Data Accuracy

While we strive to ensure the accuracy of trade data imported and displayed through the Service, we do not guarantee that all data is error-free. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your trade records. trackmyprop shall not be liable for any trading decisions made based on data displayed through the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, trackmyprop and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless trackmyprop and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
